Fitness

                                    Fitness


Today for fitness we had the tyres.

Each of us had to roll, Flip and run with the tyres.

First we got in groups of three and ran around the track. Once we were done Aliana, Maia and I got into a group of seven so there were ten of us in that group.

After that we headed towards the confidence course.
