Hand washing Is the action of cleaning your hands with soap and water to remove viruses and bacteria dirt , grease, or other bad and unwanted germs stuck to the hands. Drying of the washed hands is part of washing your hands,


When you wash your hands you have to…

  •  Wash your hands for 20 seconds.

  • You have to use soap and water.

  • You have to dry your hands for 20 seconds.

  • Wash your hands before you eat,after you pet an animal,after you’ve been outside.


Can washing your hands help prevent covid-19?

Frequent and proper hand hygiene is one of the most important measures that can be used to prevent infection with the COVID-19 virus. WASH practitioners should work to enable more frequent and regular hand hygiene by improving facilities and using proven behavior-change techniques.
